Anyone hear from anaparenna lately? She's in the Austin area, and they've had bad floods recently. Her LJs haven't been updated in a while. I sent her an email wondering whether everything was okay, but haven't received a response yet. Her website has reverted to being an SEO zombie.

Should I be worried?

YU

i(yasu)

meaning: cure, heal, vent

癒着 == yuchaku == (noun) adhesion
平癒 == heiyu == (noun) recovery, convalescence

Left upper/outer radical 'sickness'. Inner radical is a character found only in Chinese, originally meaning 'convey', here acting phonetically to express 'remove'. Bottom radical is 'heart/feelings' (心). Henshall suggests taking the right radical as 'cut' (刀), 'meat' (肉), and a 'cover', and as a mnemonic: 'Feel ill over covered cut meat—need cure.'
