For you, the sake of love, I would empty out the bowls of my past

While looking about on the web for the Oniisama E OST, I stumbled across mp3s of the OP and ED.

Sakomi Takada: "Kin no Utsuwa, Gin no Utsuwa" (Oniisama E OP)

Noda Takako: "Kimagure na Yousei" (Oniisama E ED)

Never found the OST CD. Not even an HK pirate copy. It must have existed for a very short time in the early 90's, but now it's gone.

"It's all just the game of a mischievous fairy. Always dancing. Always whimsical."

mo(ru), saka(ru), saka(n)

meaning: prosper, heap, serve

隆盛== ryuusei == (noun, adjective that takes な) prosperity
盛大 ==  seidai == (noun, adjective that takes な) grand, prosperous, magnificent

Bottom radical is 'dish' (皿). Top radical is 'become' (成), here acting phonetically to express 'pile up'. Food piled in a dish led to 'serve', and to the idea of abundant food signifying prosperity. Henshall suggests as a mnemonic: 'Serve heaped dishes when one becomes prosperous.'
