tsu(kiru), tsu(kusu)

meaning: use up, exhaust

論じ尽くす == ronjitsukusu == (verb) to deal exhaustively with
無尽蔵 ==  mujinzuu == (noun, adjective that takes な) inexhaustible supply

Originally a pictograph of a bowl and a radical that phonetically meant 'empty': an 'empty bowl' meant something had been used up. Henshall suggests taking this character as 'person' (人) with a 'back-pack', the inner two strokes as 'two' (二), and as a mnemonic: 'Person exhausted by carrying two back-packs.'
