mo(eru), mo(yasu)
meaning: burn

燃料 == nenryou == fuel
可燃 == kanen == inflammable

Left radical is 'fire' (火), as is the bottom/right radical (the form 'fire' takes when it is at the bottom of a character). The top right radicals are 'meat' (肉) and 'dog' (犬). The right portion of this character, which now means 'duly' (然), was originally reference to roasted dog meat, a food of ancient China. Henshall suggests as a mnemonic: Dog meat duly burns with extra fire.
