Werewolves with Kalashnikovs! is dead. I killed it.

It had become mainly a spam magnet, probably due to my use of it as a 'reply to' address on Usenet for years. Slithy at pobox is all over raam, and probably accounts for half my spam being in Big5 encoding.

My other email addresses still work, including my LJ address.

I'm shedding a tear for the slithy address. It was me for a long time, but the time has come to say goodbye

Currently working on: flash short story, "She's a Flight Risk"

meaning: knowledge

常識 == joushiki == common sense
知識 == chishiki == knowledge

Left radical is 'words' (言), middle radical is 'sound' (音), right is 'lance/halberd'. Mmm, halberds. How these radicals came to mean 'knowledge' is controversial. Henshall suggests as a mnemonic: 'Have knowledge of a word sounding like lance.'
