Taihen Qua!

ka(eru), ka(waru)
meaning: change, strange

変身 == henshin ==  metamorphosis, disguise, transformation
大変 == taihen == very

Bottom radical is a variant of 'striking hand/coerce'. Henshall suggests taking the top radical as a variant of 'red' (赤), and the bottom radical as 'sitting crosslegged', and as a mnemonic: 'Change to a sort of red as one sits crosslegged.'
