I mentioned the other day that my house smelled like cat piss after my cat 'had an accident' in the cat carrier, and proceeded to track it all over the house. It has since dissipated. Now my house smells like garlic, oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Especially garlic. I just made Chicken Vesuvio for the first time. Mmmmm. Recipe later, I need to make minor changes, but it's clearly on the right track.
